Shari is not only a graduate of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, but also a graduate of Loyola University with a bachelor’s degree in Science-Nursing (BSN). After a successful career in Nursing in the ER Trauma Unit and later in the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) – Open Heart Division, Shari joined her family business as the Office Manager. After a number of years while serving as President, she sold the business and took early retirement.

With this background in nursing and business and vigor to return to the workforce in a new industry, Shari came out of retirement to begin a new career in the interior design and furniture industry. Her first role was as an Office Manager at a prominent retail furniture store that was part of a nationwide chain for a number of years. She joined Hickory Chair as the Office Administrator in Estero and now serves as a Showroom Specialist in Naples.
